How Triple Offset Butterfly Valves Work?
Our Hand lever or Warm Gear operated Triple Offset Butterfly Valve Wafer type fire safe designed metal to metal seated valve useful for throttling and positive isolation applications. Our triple offset butterfly valve is capable of bi-directional flow control, zero leakage, low fugitive emissions. Because of the triple offset sealing system, the disc movement becomes smooth and free of friction at all points along with the specially designed body seat and disc seal.
In the triple offset, the third offset completely eliminates rubbing. When the disc is closed, the seal ring on the disc energizes the seat on the body. For that, we get a sung tight High performance fit.
Materials & Specifications:
Our MGQ model Hand lever or Worm Gear operated triple offset butterfly valve is available with wafer type fire safe design to get the protection from any unexpected major accident at the workplace. We use ASTM A 216 Gr. WCB A 351 Gr. CF8 / CF8M / CF3M casting materials to make Body & ASTM A 351 Gr. CF8 / CF8M materials for Disc. It is available in soft seated and also in metal to metal that provides zero leakage, As per class VI. This valve is available in 2” to 36” inches in size and can tolerate temperatures up to 550°C and also make for a higher temperature tolerant valve on request. This valve can sustain pressure As per 150# B16.34 and comes up with ASME / ANSI B 16.5 Class 150 End connections.
